There is a Women's History Month essay contest being sponsored by the county.
If you are interested in entering and receiving extra credit for my class you must answer the following essay prompt:
Think about a woman from history or from current times who you admire due to her commitment to public service. Write to convince your reader why this woman's story and positive influence serves as an exemplary person to recognize and honor during Women's History Month.
Your essay must be at least 500 words (2 pages typed), 12 point font, double spaced
You must also use at least 3 sources in your essay to support your ideas.
To receive the extra credit you must submit the essay to me by
Thursday, March 10.
